How long until my order ships?
Most pieces ship within 2–3 weeks of order. Statement collectibles may take longer; we'll confirm by email.
Can I return or exchange?

Aurra is our AI stylist. She uses a psychological style framework to recommend what to wear for the rooms that matter. Free during beta.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — US, Canada, Caribbean, Europe, Africa, and Asia. Other regions on request.
How do I care for my piece?
All pieces are dry clean only. See our Care Guide for full instructions.
How is my size?
House of Nova outerwear is designed for an oversized fit. If you're between sizes, size down for a closer fit or stay on-size for the intended silhouette.
