Every piece is made in a small batch and crafted to order or near-order. As such, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or offer exchanges on any product.
Damaged in transit
If your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@houseofnova.com with photos. We will replace or repair at our discretion.
